1. Product Availability & Freshness
Our traditional Indian sweets are handcrafted in small batches. In rare circumstances where a specific fresh batch is exhausted, we will contact you immediately to arrange dispatch from the next fresh morning batch or issue a full refund.
2. Order Acceptance & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of relevant packaging and local taxes. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent intent or placed outside serviceable courier zones.
3. Delivery & Courier Fulfillment
We partner with Shiprocket Express Delivery networks to fulfill orders. While we ensure fast dispatch within 24 hours, courier transit times may vary depending on local weather or transport conditions.
